The stunning (and discreet) Georgian Room debuted in 1933, channeling the glamour of Hollywood’s Golden Age. Meticulously restored, it is once again Santa Monica’s most exclusive bar and dining destination—serving Tuscan chophouse-inspired fare, classic steakhouse accompaniments, and a world-class wine program. Late-night jazz and intimate performances around a vintage Steinway grand piano set the tone for unforgettable evenings with a dash of nostalgia.
