Our King Rooms range from city courtyard-facing retreats ideal for guests who prefer a quieter, more private setting, to city-view kings with sweeping panoramas of Santa Monica and Century City, to coastal kings that face either the Malibu coastline or the northern shore toward Venice and Palos Verdes. At the top of the collection are our oceanfront kings — directly facing Santa Monica Beach and the iconic Pier.

Our Queen Rooms follow a similar arc — from city courtyard-facing rooms perfect for a more intimate stay, to coastal-view queens overlooking the Malibu coastline or the northern Santa Monica coast on higher floors.

Our Ocean View Suites are the crown jewel of The Georgian — 725 square feet of beautifully appointed space with a separate living area, a full-size sofa, and room to sleep up to four guests comfortably. Even our entry-level suites in the front of the building face Santa Monica Beach and the Pier directly. For groups or families, our Two-Bedroom Suites connect an Ocean View Suite with an adjoining oceanfront king — available as the Harlowe and First Lady configurations on our 7th and 8th floors.

Both King Rooms and Ocean View Suites are available with direct oceanfront views of Santa Monica Beach and the Pier, as well as coastal views facing either the Malibu shoreline or the northern coast toward Venice Beach and Palos Verdes. All front-facing suites — even on lower floors — look directly out to the ocean. For the most expansive, unobstructed view, our upper-floor oceanfront kings and penthouse suites are the best choice. The Georgian's singature suites occupy the 7th and 8th floors and are named the Harlowe, Hudson, Rusconi, and First Lady. Each is a spacious Ocean View Suite with elevated finishes and commanding views. The Harlowe and First Lady suites can be configured as two-bedroom suites by connecting to an adjoining oceanfront king room — making them ideal for families, honeymoons, or guests who want the full floor experience.
